The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) offers a reimbursement program for those who earn Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) or Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certifications. The program is available through the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC).
