- Title: The Art of Powerful Questions: Reframing for Better Conversations & Better Results in the Procurement Profession
- Date & Time: Wednesday, January 14 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST
- Presenter: Brittany Davis
- Presentation Summary: Procurement professionals are often the ones people are frustrated with—the ones who have to say “no” when big ideas run into guidelines, funding limits, or process requirements. In this interactive session, we’ll explore how shifting the questions we ask can change those conversations. Based on Appreciative Inquiry, this training offers practical tools to help procurement professionals reframe common challenges and move from “no” to “let’s explore what’s possible,” while still honoring compliance, fairness, and accountability. Attendees will leave with simple tools they can use immediately to improve communication, reduce tension, and move work forward.
