- Presenter Bio: Kyle McGlade has been with the Federal Government for seven years, including nearly five at GSA. He works closely with the U.S. Dept. of State, the Dept. of the Treasury, and State & Local Government Agencies nationally. He previously worked in the House of Representatives and served as a Board Member of the Council Bluffs Community School District. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morningside University and an MPA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is an alumni of the OPM Presidential Management Fellowship Program.
