Join us in celebrating 50 years of SAMPO!
Registration is open for our annual Spring Conference at beautiful Lake George! Join us May 6-9 at the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center, 48 Canada Street, Lake George, NY. Attendees will enjoy our exhibitor expo, professional networking opportunities, and a variety of educational programming.

Wednesday, May 7th
- Breakfast, Vendor Showcase, Keynote, Lunch, Concurrent Sessions: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Boat Cruise: 6:00pm
Thursday, May 8th
- Breakfast, Keynote, Concurrent Sessions, Lunch, Roundtable Sessions: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Banquet: 6:30pm
Friday, May 9th
- Breakfast, Q&A with Office of NY State Comptroller:8:00am – 11:00am

- Active Member Registration: $195
- Non-Member Registration: $250
- Non-Member Registration + 2025 SAMPO membership: $270 (**NEW this year!** Purchasing this ticket gives you SAMPO membership for 2025)
- Wednesday Night Boat Cruise Ticket for Nonmembers and Guests: $69 (FREE for SAMPO members)
- Thursday Night Banquet Dinner for Nonmembers and Guests: $50 (FREE for SAMPO members)
- If you already registered as an attendee and need to add a boat cruise or dinner banquet ticket after the fact, please select the option "Add Ons (only for those who have already registered)."
**Scholarship recipients: Please contact Scholarship Chair Ashley Scutt (ascutt@co.livingston.ny.us) if you wish to use your SAMPO scholarship towards conference registration.
