Get ready for our Fall Conference this October 20-22 on Long Island’s North Fork! This event will offer a variety of seminars, classes, keynote speakers, Q&A sessions, spotlight on vendors and informative roundtable discussions to enhance your industry knowledge of public procurement. Face-to-face activities and evening networking events will allow SAMPO members to connect with peers from all over New York State and afford the opportunity to gain facetime with vendors and our valued sponsors.
Registration and fees
- SAMPO Member: $175
- SAMPO Non-Member (must work in procurement): $275
- 2026 Scholarship Recipients (partial or full scholarship)
Scholarship Recipients: Your scholarship can be used for both conference and hotel accommodations (excluding New Member Scholarships).
**Note: If you have already used part of your 2026 Scholarship, please contact us so we can create a custom invoice for you.**

instructions for registering a group of people:
- If you ARE planning to attend and wish to sign up yourself + your staff members: Click +1 next to next to "SAMPO Member (register yourself)" AND + the number of people you are signing up next to "SAMPO Members (register other members)"
- If you ARE NOT attending but wish to register a group of others: Select "SAMPO Members (register other members)" and enter the number of people attending.
- In either case, you will enter the names of each of your staff members on the next step. Click "Select Member" and then search the last name of the staff person, select them from the list, and proceed to do that same thing for the remaining members.
- Complete your registration like normal. Once you get to the payment page, you can download your invoice, pay right there with a credit card, or hit "pay later" if you prefer to send a check. You can view your open invoice from your membership profile at any time if you want to pay later.
